This is a general summary of the warning system that the CR uses. The Mods and Prefects will only use the warning level system in extreme circumstances of member misconduct and will do everything they can to sort out problems with you in a private and respectful manner. We ask that you do the same in your posting and behavior here. (We know you do anyway.)

So the general HOL forum rules apply here as well. No spamming, discrediting other houses or members. No abusive or sexual language. Please try to read FAQs before asking questions also. Many of your questions can be answered by reading the HOL Handbook. There are also guidelines to spam above. If you have any questions on this system or are unsure of the rules, please ask in the Lion's Mouth area.

1st Infraction ~ Freebie aka no consequences
2nd Infraction ~ Warning PM
3rd Infraction ~ Warning level raised by one
4th Infraction ~ Warning level raises and points are taken

a) Actions by CR members that will result in automatic warning level raises (you will be notified of this happening, and if you repeat these actions you will be raised another level and points will be taken):

-Harassment
-Blatant public discrediting of another student, prof, etc.
-Spam- meaning 3 or more one word responses or posts with just smilies in a short period of time, like say a day (this may or may not include RPG sections.
-Mod will determine if you are just going with the RPG or not)

Actions by CR members that will result in automatic warning level raises AND points taken.

-Unacceptable words/phrases, that includes adult/violent/abusive contents.
-Impersonation (hacking into an account etc)
